HOW LIMITS WORK

The rules should be as clear as the price.

These are product rules, not marketing footnotes. They define how Cessy should enforce plans in the application.

Successful documents use quota

A monthly document is counted when Cessy successfully produces an output. Failed renders do not consume the document allowance.

No surprise overage bill

When the monthly allowance is exhausted, new renders are blocked with a clear quota error until the period resets or the account upgrades.

History is not PDF storage

30/90/365-day history refers to operational metadata and activity. Generated PDF files remain temporary according to the storage policy.

Concurrency is simultaneous work

Concurrency is the maximum number of active renders at one time. Additional eligible jobs can wait in the queue instead of bypassing plan limits.
